At Wholesale Candle Co, all of our products are handmade with care, which means each item is unique. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product/packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Because our products are handcrafted, the following apply:
