Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Candle Cafe Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country’s customs office. Candle Cafe Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Candle Cafe Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@wholesalecandleco.com.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Candle Cafe Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Because candles are sensitive to heat, orders shipped during warmer months may occasionally soften or melt during transit.
To help protect your order:

Track your shipment closely and bring packages indoors promptly.

Consider selecting expedited shipping during hot weather.
Candle Cafe Co. is not responsible for heat-related damage caused during transit or delayed package retrieval.

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
